I’m from Mérida, Venezuela, and I’m currently doing my PhD at CREATIS in Lyon. My research focuses on medical images, especially lung CT, segmentation, registration, and quantitative analysis.

Most days are a mix of research, coding, teaching, and learning something new. I enjoy understanding difficult problems and finding clear, practical ways to work with them.

I play racket sports whenever I can, mostly tennis, with a game of padel from time to time. A different kind of focus, away from the screen.
